Meso 911 is written for people facing mesothelioma and their families. Law firms that handle asbestos cases can list their firm or sponsor the site.
What we offer
- Directory listing. Your firm's name, office city, states where your lawyers are licensed, contact details, and a responsible lawyer's name, labeled as attorney advertising.
- Enhanced listing. A firm profile page with a description and practice details.
- Site sponsorship. Labeled placement across the site and delivery of inquiries from the site's case review, veteran help, and trust fund question forms in the geographic area you serve.
- Sponsored articles. Clearly labeled educational articles, reviewed by us for accuracy and tone.
Pricing is on request while the site is in its launch phase. We charge for advertising and placement, not per referral or per case.
Our standards
- Every page that carries a firm's name is labeled attorney advertising.
- We do not rank firms, describe any firm as "best," or publish settlement amounts or outcome claims.
- Each listing must name at least one lawyer responsible for its content and the city of the office where the lawyers principally practice, consistent with rules such as South Carolina Rule of Professional Conduct 7.2.
- We do not contact people who have not asked to be contacted.
- Advertising firms are responsible for reviewing their own advertising for compliance with the rules of every state where they practice.
How inquiries are handled
People who send a form agree that their information may be shared with a participating law firm so a lawyer can contact them. Forms never ask for Social Security numbers or medical records. Inquiries are stored on our server and delivered by email.
