Privacy notice

This notice explains what we collect, why, and who we share it with. It applies to 911meso.com and meso911.com.

Last updated October 27, 2026. Prototype draft: to be reviewed by counsel before launch.

What we collect

  • Form information you choose to send, such as your name, phone number, email, state, diagnosis type, approximate dates, exposure history, and your message.
  • Technical information sent with every form: your IP address, browser type, and the time of the submission. We use it to block spam and abuse.
  • We do not ask for Social Security numbers, medical records, or financial account numbers. Please do not send them.

We do not use advertising trackers or sell personal information to data brokers.

How we use it

  • To respond to your request, such as sending the free guide.
  • For case review, veteran help, and trust fund question forms: to share your information with a participating law firm that pays to advertise on this site, so a lawyer can contact you. You agree to this sharing by ticking the consent box on those forms.
  • To keep the site secure and to measure how many forms are sent.

Health information

Information about a diagnosis is sensitive. We limit who can see it to the people who handle form inquiries and the participating firm that receives your inquiry. Sending it does not create an attorney-client or doctor-patient relationship.

Where it is stored and for how long

Form submissions are stored on our server in the United States and delivered by email. We plan to keep submissions no longer than needed to respond and to meet legal obligations, and to delete them on request where the law allows. (Retention period to be set before launch.)

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop sharing it. Use the contact form and include the email or phone you used. Once information has been shared with a law firm, that firm's own privacy practices also apply.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We will post any changes here and update the date above.
