Veteran claim help

If you or a family member served in the military and now has mesothelioma or another asbestos-related illness, send a short note. A participating law firm can call to talk about VA benefits and any claims outside VA.

Good to know first

  • Free help with VA claims is available. VA says accredited Veterans Service Organization (VSO) representatives always help with VA benefit claims for free. You can find one on VA.gov.
  • A VA claim is a benefits claim. It is not a lawsuit against the military. Separately, many veterans have claims against the private companies that made asbestos products. A participating law firm can explain both.
  • This site is not VA and is not affiliated with VA. Sending this form does not file a VA claim.
  • Please do not include your Social Security number, service number, or medical records.
