Find a mesothelioma lawyer
This is the legal directory section of 911Meso.com. It lists law firms that handle mesothelioma and asbestos cases and pay to advertise here, and it explains how to check any lawyer before you sign.
How this directory works
Everything in this section is attorney advertising. Law firms that appear here pay to advertise on 911Meso.com and to receive inquiries sent through our forms. We are not a law firm and not a lawyer referral service, and we do not rank, rate, or recommend firms. Appearing here says nothing about a lawyer's skill or results.
We will not add a firm until the firm itself has confirmed its details, and we will not invent or copy listings from other sites. Each listing will show:
- the firm name and the name of a lawyer responsible for the listing,
- the city of the office where its lawyers principally practice,
- the states where its lawyers are licensed,
- the firm's own contact details, and
- a clear label when a placement is paid or featured.
Listings are priced as a flat advertising fee. Firms never pay us a share of any case or fee. Links to firm websites are marked as sponsored links.
Firms listed
No firms are listed yet. The directory is being built, and listings will appear here as firms confirm them.
Talk with a lawyer now
You do not have to wait for the directory. Our free case review form can put you in touch with a lawyer from a participating law firm, usually by phone. It is free to send, and sending it does not create an attorney-client relationship or obligate you to hire anyone.
Other ways to get help:
- Veterans: free help with VA disability claims is available from VA-accredited Veterans Service Organizations. See VA benefits for asbestos exposure or send a veteran claim help request.
- Trust fund questions: see asbestos trust funds or ask a question.
Check any lawyer before you sign
- Confirm the license. Every state has a bar association or supreme court office that lists licensed lawyers and any public discipline. Ask which state the lawyer is licensed in, and check it yourself.
- Ask about experience. Ask how many mesothelioma or asbestos cases the firm handles, and who will actually work on yours.
- Get the fee agreement in writing. Asbestos cases are often handled on a contingency fee. Ask what percentage applies, how case expenses are handled, and whether expenses come out before or after the fee is calculated.
- Ask about timing. Filing deadlines are often short and differ by state. See statutes of limitations by state.
- Be cautious of promises. No one can promise a result or an amount.
Our guide to choosing a mesothelioma lawyer has more questions to ask and warning signs to watch for.
For law firms
If your firm handles asbestos cases and would like to be listed, see advertise or list your firm. Attorney advertising rules vary by state, and each advertising lawyer is responsible for making sure their advertising follows the rules where they practice.
